The single, unified view of the customer encompasses all the steps in the customer life cycle from product information to ordering, provisioning, bill presentment, payments and resolution and customer service. Separate presentation and business layers ensure flexibility in devices and channels. The Web presentation layer is created using HTML, Industry business models are hosted as Enterprise Java Beans and inter-application communication is enabled using XML with the e2e Hub infrastructure. It uses a Virtual Application Architecture model with persistence provided by the relevant enterprise and partner applications. It provides a tightly knit support for EAI/B2Bi in the context of all customer interaction business processes.

High Performance, Scalability and Reliability
eViews takes advantage of the eFlows clustering and load-balancing features drawn from the application server. Clustering is provided for both presentation and business layers. At the Presentation Layer, it provides servlet clustering for load balancing and/or fail over for servlet sessions. Clusters of servlets can serve multiple run-time browser requests. At the Business Layer, since Business Objects are represented as Entity Beans, it provides clustering of entity beans.
